Kebabs and Stew is an online-only, delivery-only cloud kitchen in Bangalore with just two dishes: a Middle Eastern chicken kebab, and a comforting Irish-style chicken stew of chicken, potatoes, carrots and celery in a pale golden broth. Each is served with house khubz.

How it will work
Small batches, set windows.
Cooked fresh at the owner’s home kitchen near Arekere, and delivered. Quantities are strictly limited and served first come, first served.
Two service windows
12 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 11 pm IST. Same-day orders, with reservations a day or two ahead.
Online only
No shop to visit. Orders and delivery only, with delivery fees that depend on distance. A mobile app follows later.
Plain claims
Allergen and ingredient details are still to be confirmed, and food claims are not yet approved. Nothing is for sale until approvals are in place.
Kebabs and Stew is a working name. Ordering, menu availability and payment are handled on the separate Kebabs and Stew website.
