Thulli brings Kerala flavours to the table in single-serve 30 g glass jars, made for hospitality, gifting and trade. Our first jar is a Spicy Lime Pickle.

The name
Thulli, a drop.
In Malayalam, thulli is a drop: the smallest measure of something that carries a lot. That is the idea behind a 30 g jar. A little goes a long way on a plate.
Under the wordmark sits a second line, Nadan Nidra, the name of the venture’s range. The drop mark, the wide-spaced wordmark and the deep green are the Thulli look, used the same way on the jar, the lid and these pages.

We are starting with a single flavour and getting it right. Other chutneys and preserves are in development and will be added when they are ready.
Spicy Lime Pickle
Lime, green chilli, ginger and mustard seeds in gingelly oil. Draft recipe and label, to be confirmed.

Fresh grated coconut with green chilli — Kerala thenga chammanthi, acidified. In the same 30 g jar.

Ripe jackfruit cooked into a sweet chakka jam. In the same 30 g jar.
